  1. Beat the Butcher Box Chicken Breasts with a mallet.
  2. Combine the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in one bowl, place the egg and water mixture into a second bowl, and the bread crumbs into a third. Roll chicken breasts with seasoned flour and dip in egg mix, shaking off excess coating.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with crumbs, pressing crumbs deep into the meat.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan on medium-high, and cook breast for 4 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with cabbage, lettuce and avocado slices.


  • 4 Butcher Box Chicken Breasts
  • 90g flour
  • 1⁄2 tsp onion powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten with 80ml water
  • 250g breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 100g red cabbage, sliced
  • 100g lettuce, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
