Chops & Garlic Herb Potatoes Another delicious recipe brought to you by AMP Meats


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. In medium bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss together.
  2. Setting bowl aside for later, arrange potatoes in a single layer on large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
  4. Let potatoes cool for 1-2 minutes and put cooked potatoes back into bowl. Add parsley, basil and toss together.
  5. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the pork chops until cooked through and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle the potatoes with a little salt and pepper to taste and serve with the Butcher Box Pork Chops. 


  • 4 Butcher Box Pork Chops
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp salt, plus table salt to taste
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper, medium coarse
  • 3 tbsps flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsps fresh basil, chopped
