Lime & Coriander Chicken Kebabs Another delicious recipe brought to you by AMP Meats


  1. Combine the oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and coriander in a large glass bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours to marinate.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 3 minutes. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. 
  3. Preheat a the braai or grill on medium-high. Cook chicken kebabs for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with wraps and salad.


  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
  • 60ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 80g fresh coriander, chopped
  • 5 Butcher Box Chicken Breasts, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • tortilla wraps, to serve
