Method

Teriyake Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Use immediately or store in a refrigerator, covered for 6 to 7 days a er preparation.
  2. Marinate beef or pork for 4 to 24 hours. Chicken and other poultry for 2 to 12 hours.

Lemon & Rosemary Marinade 

  1. Cut lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a medium plastic or glass bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Marinate chicken or pork for 1 to 2 hours in the mixture.
  2. The mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1 week and in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Classic Steak Marinade 

  1. Place red-wine vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and whisk together. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking constantly, until well combined. Add sea salt, oregano, pepper, thyme, onion powder, garlic, and stir until well combined. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5 minutes or so before using. Marinate your steak in the refrigerator for about 21/2 hours. This marinade can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Teriyaki Marinade

  • 240ml soy sauce
  • 120ml water
  • 180g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced (both white and green parts)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Lemon & Rosemary Marinade

  • 3 lemons
  • 60ml fresh rosemary
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Classic Steak Marinade

  • 60ml red-wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 11/2 tsps sea salt
  • 2 tsps fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
