Garlic Butter Baked Pork Chops Another delicious recipe brought to you by AMP Meats


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Season the Butcher Box Pork Chops with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, thyme, and garlic. Set aside.
  4. In a heavy frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  5. When the heavy frying pan is really hot, add the Butcher Box Pork Chops. Sear until golden, about 2 minutes per side. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the pork chops.
  6. Place the heavy frying pan in the oven, and cook until the pork chops are tender, about 10-12 minutes. The time depends on the thickness of your pork chops.
  7. Remove from the oven. Using a spoon, pour some of the butter sauce left in the heavy frying pan onto the Butcher Box Pork Chops before serving.


  • 2 Butcher Box Pork Chops
  • 4 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
