Methods
- 01Place the drumsticks in a large, ungreased baking dish.
- 02Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the drumsticks. Cover the baking dish with foil and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- 03When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 180C.
- 04Brush the drumsticks with the sauce remaining in the marinating pan.
- 05Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the drumsticks are tender when pierced with a fork.

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
