How to order your Butcher Box
When placing an order online, a user profile will be created for which will serve as consent to and acceptance of our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
You may select as many boxes and add-ons as you would like, and the total thereof will be calculated for you at the check-out/payment stage of the ordering process. You are permitted to add or remove any items you do not wish to have included in your cart at any point before payment. Simply select the item you wish to add or remove and move on to the next stage.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices will include tax, where this is required by specific country legislation. We will notify you as soon as we can if any items ordered are not available.
Ordering cut-off times:
- All morning delivery time slots close for ordering by 12pm prior day.
- Orders placed over a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed for delivery on the first business day following order placement, subject to a pre-planned delivery schedule e.g. if an order is placed on Sunday evening, your Butcher Box will be delivered on Tuesday morning or afternoon depending on your stated delivery instructions.
Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the goods.
How to order your Butcher Box
Payment is subject at all times to AMP Meats' agreements with its bankers and the outsourced financial transactions service provider.
You may pay for your online orders using several payment options:
- Credit and/or debit card
- VISA, MasterCard and cards are accepted on the payment platform.
- We subscribe to high security and encryption standards allowing all customers to shop with peace of mind. We have taken all reasonable security measures to ensure that payment and card details, as well as related confidential information, cannot be accessed by anyone who is not authorized to do so.
- When placing your order, and proving the required personal details, including your payment card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are enough funds available to pay for your order.
- Ecocash mobile payment options are also available for your added convenience. The AMP Meats merchant code will be made available to you at this point should you select this payment method
Once your payment has been received you will be issued with acknowledgement of order/payment via e-mail, and the delivery process will then commence.
AMP MEATS GROUP LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Programme, is operated by its Texas Meats, Texas Chicken, Texas Meat Market, Texas Dairy & AMP Shop retail outlets.
- The AMP Meat Group Loyalty Rewards Points are issued by and remain the property of AMP Meats Group, which reserves the right to issue, decline and withdraw a Loyalty Reward Points at any time.
- By becoming a member of the AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Programme a person is deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions, as amended or replaced by AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions. The latest version of the T&Cs are available at the registered address of the company.
- Loyalty Reward Points cannot be used as a credit or debit card.
- Loyalty Reward Points are not transferable. Points will accordingly accrue to the qualifying customer's receipt only or Rewards Loyalty Card.
- To earn Loyalty Reward Points on qualifying transaction, the customer must present their Loyalty Card at the till points. Points cannot be awarded retroactively for past purchases where the card or qualifying receipt was not presented.
- The AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions outline how Loyalty Reward Points may be earned, redeemed, retained, forfeited, and how cashback or other rewards ("Loyalty Rewards") may be issued. Each qualifying customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions and any related communication from AMP Meats Group to understand their rights and obligations under the Loyalty Rewards Programme.
- Loyalty Rewards Points are not transferable to cash.
- Loyalty Reward Points will accumulate over a stipulated period, the period will be determined and may be varied by AMP Meats Group from time to time ("Qualifying Period"). Any change to the commencement and/or duration of a Qualifying Period will be notified to qualifying customers.
- Loyalty Reward Points are converted into Rewards at the end of each transaction or Qualifying Period, in line with the AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions. Customers must reach the minimum required points to qualify for a Reward. Any updates to the minimum Points requirement will be communicated to customers.
- In the event that the Minimum Qualifying Points have not been earned in a transaction or Qualifying Period, the customer will not receive any Rewards. AMP Meats Group reserves the right to cancel any Loyalty Rewards Points that may have accumulated on a customer's Loyalty Rewards, after the expiry of the Qualifying Period.
- Customers will be notified of the Loyalty Reward Points earned at the end of each transaction or Qualifying Period. Points will be loaded directly onto the customer's Loyalty Card for instore redemption. Loyalty Reward Points are valid only for the specified Validity Period and will automatically expire if not used within that time.
- AMP Meats Group reserves the right, without prior notice to customers, to (a) include or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Programme and Points and/or (b) amend the nature of and manner in which Points or benefits may be earned from our retail outlets.
- AMP Meats Group reserves the right to exclude certain goods and/or services from the Loyalty Rewards Programme Points and/or other benefits that may be earned and/or received.
- No Loyalty Rewards Points, benefits and/or Rewards will be earned or awarded in respect of any goods and/or services where the earning or awarding of such Points, benefits and/or Rewards are prohibited by any legislation in Zimbabwe.
- In the event of fraud being committed by any person in respect of the AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Programme and/or conduct involving the abuse of Points or Rewards, AMP Meats Group reserves the right to take appropriate action against the responsible person and all Points accrued and unredeemed Rewards issued may be forfeited and revoked.
- To ensure our customers stay informed about their Loyalty Points, Rewards, and other exclusive benefits, AMP Meats Group may:
- securely process customer information in our central database;
- share this information within the AMP Meats Group to enhance service;
- share information with trusted marketing partners;
- provide updates such as statements of accrued Points and issued Rewards;
- send printed or electronic marketing material about special offers and products that may interest our customers; and
- share relevant marketing material from selected partners.
- Each qualifying customer has the right, in accordance with the relevant legislation, to (a) obtain access to his/her personal information held by AMP Meats Group; (b) to request the correction, destruction or deletion of his/her personal information held by AMP Meats Group; and (c) to object to the processing of his/her personal information. It furthermore remains the qualifying customer's responsibility to inform AMP Meats Group of any changes to his/her personal information.
- Any qualifying customer may opt out of direct marketing or object to their personal information being shared with AMP Meats Group's strategic marketing partners by notifying AMP Meats Group in writing or telephonically through the Retail Operations Manager or Customer Experience Consultant. If an objection is raised after information has already been shared with third-party partners, AMP Meats Group will instruct those partners to delete or destroy all related customer records and stop retaining any copies.
- AMP Meats Group reserves the right to deactivate any Loyalty Rewards Programme account that has remained inactive, meaning no Points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of 12 (twelve) month. All unredeemed Points in such an account will be forfeited upon closure of the account.
- AMP Meats Group shall be entitled to cede, assign, delegate or in any other way dispose of any or all of its rights and obligations in terms of AMP Meats Group Loyalty Rewards Programme without the prior consent of qualifying customers.
- Unless specified otherwise, each Loyal Rewards Member is allowed to maintain only a single account.
- The AMP Group Benefits card and its status level are non-transferable. Only the Member to whom the card is issued may use it.
